I value honest above all else. True friendship will be confronted with ups and downs. There are no if, ands, or buts about that. As we grow, we become uncomfortable and that discomfort tests our true character.
If my friend folds, and is not honest with me, then we have nothing. Honest breeds safety. Without their honesty, they can’t offer me safety.
